Nordic walking

During your stay, you will be able to take advantage of the numerous marked hiking trails for walking, running, Nordic walking or mountain biking. At the reception, you can borrow hiking maps and advice on the circuits.

In high season: For the year 2020 in view of the situation these activities are suspended.

Once a week, we propose you to go mountain biking on paths and small roads between 30 minutes and 1 hour (or more for the most motivated). The speed is adapted to the participants, it is an excellent way to discover the region and the unmarked paths.

Once a week, we offer an introduction to Nordic walking, as well as a 2-hour outing for the more experienced. We will also show you the best places to practice this very popular sport, open to all. Poles can be rented on site (2 €).
