Truffle festival in Sarlat

Every year in mid-January, the Truffle Festival is organised by the town of Sarlat and the Groupement des Trufficulteurs du Périgord Noir. It is the unmissable 100% gourmet event in the medieval town.

This weekend is dedicated to the black diamond, but also to foie gras, and street animations and discovery workshops are organised.
